We are a brewery, a hotel and a community inside an old textile factory in the historic working-class neighborhood of Hércules, in Querétaro. We are located inside the old house and adjoining warehouses of the ‘El Hércules’ Textile Factory, founded in the mid-19th century. A little over a decade ago we changed our vocation to become a brewery that seeks to revive the greatness of this historic place.
