We are a brewery, a hotel and a community within an old textile factory in the historic working-class neighborhood of Hércules, in Querétaro. We are located within the old mansion and adjacent warehouses of the Textile Factory ‘El Hércules’, founded in the mid-nineteenth century. A little over a decade ago we changed our vocation to become a brewery that seeks to revive the grandeur of this historic place.
